I changed the new toner,it is a brother printer,when i tried to print i got the message to clean the primary c?
corona wire.I did it several times but the toner led light is still on and the go light is off.Is there any solution please.Thanks

- Check if there is any dust where u place the cartridge in the printer...
Also check if seated the cartridge firmly and in the correct socket
Using a refill instead may cause this problem... wipe the spray region of the cartridge well
with a lint free cloth then try again
Also just try canceling the error message and continue with the printing...
