interior/exterior LED lights and laws...? i have a black car with red stereo, speedometer, etc. lights. i want to put some red LED lights in around the inside of the speakers and some red bar LED lights under the car. is this legal in central texas? i've heard that the only colors you're allowed to have are purple, yellow, and pink. they won't be flashing or anything.
Are LED interior and exterior lights illegal in the state of Arizona? comp wont boot, LED on mobo is on when turned off, press ON button, exterior lights flash then nothing happens Specs: EVGA 680i motherboard T1 version Intel E6850 3.0Ghz proc, stock fan 2 Gb OCZ PC2 9600 1200 Mhz memory XFX 8800 Ultra graphics card Ultra X3 1000w PSU Seagate 500 Gb sata 3g HD Sony DVD burner 20x The Problem: Just built the computer about 3 days ago, everything booted fine and installed windows without a problem. Shut it down today to move to another room, and set it back up. Attempted to boot, but all that happened was the power light on the tower flash and the fans spin for a second. Took everyting out inspect connections and reinstalled. Boot it up and it worked, watched the system monitor to make sure nothing was overheating and left for a couple minutes. When I came back the computer was off and exhibiting the same behavior as before. After I press the power button and the lights flash all I can see on the motherboard is the blue and orange LED's lit. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You computer wont boot to bios lights flash and the fans spin for a second only then they stop. computer isnt overclocked, running at stock frequencies can get computer to boot every once in a while, but after about five minutes it shutsdown abruptly. while it is on i monitor the temps and nothing goes above the manufacturers limits.
Need help deciding on what to do? I have a Toyota yaris, what kind of seatcovers, steering wheel covers, etc.... would make it look nice? I already have light strips on the inside (plug into sockets) Can I get the exterior LED lights around the headlights? ( I was actually thinking about LED strips outlining the bottom edges of the whole car. Any advice?
Wiring exterior door handle LED? I have an 04 mustang and want to add and LED strip of lights under my door handle. Iv got everything ran and set up but i am having trouble getting the lights wired into the key fob unlock. i want these lights to come on when i hit unlock and shut off when i lock it just as the dome light in the car does.
Hardwire LED light strip into car? I bought LED light strips for the exterior of my car. I can get them to work for a bit when i splice them into a power adapter cord that plugs into the cigarette lighter but it keeps blowing it or something cause the adapters wont work anymore. Im supposed to just hardwire them into the power source of my car and dont know how. help please.
How do I install exterior LED strip on my car? hello i just bought a pair of white LED strip from ebay. i am not quite sure how to wire these. so this is what it think i am suppose to do. i looked under the hood and i see that i have a pair of parking lights which is perfect. i could wire up the LEDs to the parking light but i want them both to work at the same time. so i was thinking that i should take a knife of something and shave off a piece of insulation from the parking light wires and then solder the wires from the LEDs to the exposed portion of the parking light wires. then wrap them up in electric tape. this creates a Parallel circuit in switch both lights will come on at the same time. agree? this is the only plan i came up with. let me know if theres a better way. the whole point of my question is whether the procedure is right or not
Do you guys think its worth opting for the LED DRL's on the 2011 G37 sedan or not? A couple 2011 Infiniti G37 sedans at me dealer already come with the DRL's pre-installed although it is an option. Most of them are on the sport model of the G37 sedan. My question is, do you think its worth the extra money opting for the LED's on the Sport Model or do you think the LED's on the Non Sport model would suffice? So yes or no on the LED's? And if so which ones are worth the money? They light up Pure white. Who Can add flashing LED lights and cool looks to my Xbox 360? Christmas Lights: No Outlets in front of house? Hi All, My house does not have any outlets in the front. I do have exterior spot/flood lights in front. What is the best way to hook the lights (Ice sickles, 2 light up motion deer, an LED sleigh, and tree trunk wrapped with red mini lights and topped with clear LED mini lights.) Running LED bulbs in a '06 Mercury Milan? My Boss at work, drives a 2006 Mercury Milan. Premier trim. He was looking into some of ways of customizing the exterior of the vehicle. After while, we thought of possibly trying to run LED strips of lighting where the parking light bulb is, like an Audi. On the design of the headlamp assembly, it runs like a brow, so I think this could possibly be something we could do. Does anyone know the cost, or the procedures we could do to make this work?
problems with led tail lights please help? I have an 02 jetta 1.8t. I did som exterior mods including a set of led tail lights, which seem to flicker alot-just the running lights it seems. Sometimes it's fine, and other times they seem to flicker, especially the left one, until I push on my brake and then its fine for a bit. The stock tail lights worked fine so I don't think its a bad wiring. I did read on a forum somewhere that the led tail lights might be failing cuz they"re receiving too many volts, so I could solve that problem with a voltage regulator. Any electrical experts or advice greatly appreciated

question about ohio law? What/where are the laws on exterior lights (more specifically, underglow LED lights)? I have looked at codes.ohio.gov but i couldn't find out exactly where it is. A friend of mine asked a cop who then said that they are legal as long as there is no blue lights near the top of the car to be confused as a cop car. The thing is, it seems like all cops aren't on the same page so i want to now the technical, legal rules on it so if i did get pulled over or ticketed, i could know if i am breaking the law or not. UV blacklight LED Dash Lights? I want to install LED/Neon lights under the dash of my 2008 Honda Accord coupe? What do you recommend? I want to keep my car as stock as possible. HELP I have a question about how much my truck might be worth.? I have a 1997 dodge ram 2500 with a Magnum V-8 engine. It a flowmaster exhaust system, custom body including hood, grille, bumper, lights, tailgate, also has a custom paint job. The paint job is a main color of all black then a thick red stripe through the middle and ghost skulls painted into the red. The truck is lifted with custom tires and wheels. Oh and it has a K&N air filter system for better gas mileage. The interior includes a custom dash with a skull design to match the exterior. The truck has mudflaps with LED lights to coincide with the break/reverse/turning lights. Also has LED lights under the door handle to let it shine at night. The interior also includes a 3,300 watt sound system including 2 12 inch subwoofers and a 1200 watt amp. I was just wondering how much you guys would expect this truck to sell for. Thanks. Whats a good gaming PC? I'm looking for a gaming PC lower than $1600. I need dual Nvidia Geforce 8800GT graphics cards or just 1 is okay. I should include(optionally)some 5.1 or 7.1 speakers, specifically logitech. It should look cool on the exterior and viewing the interior is a must, I'd prefer for some cool HDR/LED lighting. I will need a high powered processor. I would also prefer if the PC makers could overclock it to the max with stability, so when I get the PC parts are already overclocked but stable. I'll need some cooling systems, I'm not looking for expensive top of the line liquid cooling, but something that can cool all the high powered components but not be noisy either, I'd prefer if it looked cool, like a Vigor Gaming Monsoon Cooling fan with lights. I would like 2GB of RAM or 4GB RAM preferably at 800MHZ or faster speed but without expensive price. The harddrive should be fast and have more than 200GB of memory. The disc drive has to be able to read all CD and DVD discs at fast speeds and burn

What is wrong with my friends LED Glow underbody lights? My friend got LED Glow lights for his car the other day. He got interior and exterior. The interior work great, the exterior not too good. They are 7 colors and 17 patterns. The color blue works great, but not the rest. For red, it is like a mixture of red, yellow, and green. Basically, all the other 6 colors are a mixture of colors. But, he turned off his car for a few hours and came back and checked it and they were all solid colors and it worked great. Then he went out about and hour after that and they were mixed again. I'm not sure if its a lack of power issue, or what. Please help with any suggestions, thank you.
