What does the after market button under the dash of a 1998 dodge ram 1500 do? i have after market LED lights and there are two buttons under the dash that only turn on when the head lights are on. one button turns the LED lights on. the other has two lights next to it, one red one green. when u press the button the little lights next to the button show on and off (green and red) but no change is noticeable otherwise. any ideas?

Traffic Laws for colored LED lights in the State of Oregon? My car has after market fog/auxiliary lights. They have normal white light bulbs in them but they also have an LED halo ring around the lens that can glow different colors. I was told that colors like green, purple, yellow, and white are all legal colors but was pulled over and given a warning when driving with the green on. Is it illegal for me to have colored halo rings around my fog lights?

Having been told that my motorcycle appeared almost invisible from the rear when driving in fog and moderate spray, I have bought a pair of red LED ultrabright strobe strips (4.5 x 1 cm each). They flash in a similar way to the rear spray lights on F1 cars. I want to fit these either side of the rear light housing with an activation switch on the bars for driving in very poor visibility. Is this legal? Is it possible that I will get a fine for displaying such strobing lights? Thanks

After market radio doesnt work in Sunfire. :(? I just got a 97 Pontiac Sunfire 4dr, and i have an after market Sony radio... now the Stock radio works just fine with no problems at all when i plug it in... and i have a harness and adapter for the sony radio but when i plug it in not even the led lights come on or anything... Does anyone know how i can fix this? My last car was a 97 Sunfire aswell but that one was a 2 door and i had the Aftermarket Sony radio in that one and it worked perfect so i dont understand why it wont work in this sunfire? : please help if ya can.

DIY LED torch light with 1 or 2 batteries.? I am trying to make a super bright LED torch with 1 or 2 batteries to operated one super bright LED. The light with 2 batteries are dim. May I know how to make its intensity higher. I noted that LED torch available in the market also operated only with 2 batteries and they are really bright. May I know what is the secret to do this?
