Do I need a transformer for all track lights? I recently bought track lighting for a new home from Pottery Barn - it is 120 volts. This is the link: http://www.potterybarn.com/products/p7766/index.cfm?pkey=ctrack-lighting-kits The contractors I've spoken to have been telling me I need some kind of transformer, but this lighting system doesn't come with one - and the PB customer service people had NO idea what I was talking about. The current track lights are very small and on a spindly, wavy track - and a massive box at the end. I am unsure whether a transformer would be necessary for these and if so, where would I even get an appropriate one?
Installing track lights? I have a ceiling fan with a light kit that is connected to 2 switches. The fan and light have their own independent switches. I am wanting to add a set of track lights to the room. Is it possible to have them connected to the light switch and just come on when the light kit is on?
Where can I get real aerodynamic body kits? The widebody kits like touring cars and time attack use. I'm making a track car and want to focus on aerodynamics and light weight before I start engine work. Whenever I look for widebody kits online I just see rice. APR doesn't have anything for GC Imprezas.
Are Desert Patrol Vehicles or other UTVs street legal in the State of California? I was just wondering since these types of vehicles are the easiest to maintain and the DPV has a roll cage are any of the following vehicles street legal in California even if I mounted a license plate and installed a complete light kit like signal lights, brake lights, reverse lights and head lights: Desert Patrol Vehicle (without any military weapons) Argo 750 HDi 8x8Universal Terrain Vehicle (with or without tracks) Baja Buggies Motorized bicycle Motorized scooter If they are not is there any way to make any of the aforementioned vehicles street legal?
Ovulation Predictor Kits? My husband and I have been ttc for 14 months now. I have been using OPK's maybe every 3 months. I mainly keep track of my ovualtion day myself but counting the number of days in between periods and the length of my cycles. Well yesterday I used an OPK in the morning. The LH surge wasn't quite there yet cuz the line was lighter than the test line. Well, I took one last night out of curiousity and the LH line was darker than my previous test but the darkness didn't quite match the test line yet. This morning I took a Ovulation test and the LH line and test line matched exactly. I have always stop testing after my lines matched because thats what the box said to do. Again out of curiousity I took 2 tests earlier (1 after BD and 1 just a few minutes ago). The LH Surge line is getting darker. What I'm wondering is when I get a line that matches is color with the test line, is that my most fertile day? Or am I more fertile when the LH surge line is darker? Also, I am using Answer Ovulation Predictor Kits.
i have a 96 4door 4wheel drive chevy blazer my question is what would i run in the quarter mile now ? it all ready has a lot of work done, like k&n intake, underdrive pully, highflow catconverter, flowmasters, hypertech computerprogrammer, 10"inch wide tires on the back, and just had the tranny rebuilt with a light stall, and shift kit. before i had the tranny rebuilt i ran 16'3 at 82mph it was my first time at the track, and i did not shift it right. the rebuilt tranny made a big difference in how the truck pulls, and shifts. what kinds of numbers should i hit now with a rebuilt tranny?

How Do I Know I Am Ovulating When Using OPK's? I am using Ovulation Predictor Kits to track when I ovulate. I had what looks like a surge this week but the test line was never darker then the control only about the same. On Monday I had some slight spotting and egg white cervical mucus that was stretchy. Now I don't seem to have much cervical mucus but am still a little crampy. My ovulation strips stayed as dark as the control line for the past three days and today it was lighter again. Have I ovulated or am I just leading up to O? I am very confused by the strips and would love some help in any way.
Grand Caravan for towing? I have the 2001 sport, I just need a small trailer to haul my dirt bike to the track, no lights or anything. Is the car already rigged for this? Is there welding involved? Or do I just need a little kit?
I want a bike, what one can I get? I will be travelling from Lands End to John O'Groats, as well as much cycling around Britain throughout next year. I was looking into the montague folding range for a while, but many people including friends have persuaded me not to buy as you are simply paying for the folding mechanism and a poor bike. So, I still need one. For off road cycling, as well as some on road. Off the beaten track, something with great suspension, good solid lightweight frame, a nice gear range etc. A good make and a good bike, I have £700 to spend and do not see the need to go any higher for a bike, I thought £400 - £500 would be enough but I want to get some good lights, bags, repair kits, wheels, and other cycling clothes and equipment. TTC for awhile now please help? I have sat here and done research after research on what can be going on. I have two kids from a previous marriage, and been trying for number 3. I know Im alot older and was on birth control patches before I got preg. with my two then got the mirena and had that in for 3 years and started trying since last year to get preg. and nothing still. I feel like I got really bad mood swing and my breast are sore alot during the months, my periods have shorten and got lighter then they were when I was on the patch,seems like that all changed after the mirena was removed, when I had the mirena I had no periods. I know i ovulate been keeping track with the kits, then I got to thinking it was my partner. Then reading about hormones and in balance I think its me. What do I do? what do you think? what is the best anti-roll kit or strut/sway bars to improve handling on a 99 mustang gt? yea I'm looking to improve my handling, i just purchased a new drive shaft to withstand the 475rwhp I'm putting to the ground, now i took it to the track she runs pretty good and i made it to the finals but the 2 things that are killing me is it has so much power in the front end it hops up and i almost take off on 2wheels. 2nd my rear wheels spinning out and my rear end fishtailing when i shift, and I've lowered my suspension as well for those punks in camaros who pull up to the light and want some on the street, and so that i can take turns better too. so I've been looking at strut/sway bars and anti-roll kits and i just wanna know if anyone out there knows who has the best quality and price. Body in white pros and cons? I want to get a 2010 camaro body in white kit, and build my own to the way I want and make it legal. What are the pros and the cons? The way I'm building it, is going to be a LIGHTER street/strip/track car. Can implantation happen when your period is due? My cycle is usually 28-33 days. My last irregular light period was on cd33. I usually get 28 days and rarely get 33 cycle days. I track all my periods and this period was very light not regular for me to have a light periods since my periods usually last 3 days and I have to change my pads every hour or two..I usually go through 5 pads a day on a regular menstral cycle. But this last one I only used one pad and it didnt even fill the whole pad..after that I only used panty liners. I have read that implantation usually happens after ovulation. I know I ovulated 1 and a half weeks before my period. I used ovulation kits to find out and had EWCM the day of ovulation and BD the day of EWCM. I tested neg. 2 days before my weird period started. I didnt test after. My husband keeps telling me to test but I am afraid it will be a BFN!
how to get an import license to import HID lights to the USA? Hello I am currently a small business owner and I sale HID kits. I know HID lights are not very legal in the USA, but there are several local suppliers that him them ship in from China and they have no issues. I been doing this for almost a year and they had tracked one of my packages and it was held in customs in the USA. TTC..period or pregnant? My husband and I have been ttc for two months (I know it takes time) my cycle is never the same but my period always last 3-4 days. I am using and ovulation kit and BBT to track and pre-seed. Wednesday the Nov 26 I had light bleeding in the morning and that evening brown discharge, nothing but brown discharge Thursday morning and Im done... Are my hopes up? I took a pregnancy test Monday the 24 Negative and today Negative again... My period was just not normal at all I spotted (very lightly) light pink last night again..WIll wait a few weeks and keep trying!
PCOS/Ovulation/Infertility? I know I am definitely jumping the gun with my worry, but I would appreciate some imput/encouragement anyway. I have PCOS and have been trying to get pregnant for about 3 months now. I track my ovulation with at home, pee on stick kits, and of course - nothing. I was not on birth control pills before, but I had an IUD that I had zero problems with. I know that 3 months is too soon to start to worry or feel sorry for myself, but it is depressing as a woman to feel like you are failing and your body does not work. I read all kinds of PCOS horror stories online, and I was wondering if anyone had some light to shed on my worry? I don't think we will go see a Dr. until a year has passed, but does anyone have any ideas on natural remedies to jump start ovulation? I am not over weight, and I have bleeding every month.. just no ovulating. Anyone have any gems to offer?
I need Tips for TTC #2? I am starting to ttc #2. we didnt have to try for our first.. it was a surprise :) I was wanting some tips on TTC since I haven't before. My periods have been a little weird in the past. The length of my cycle constantly changes. So it's hard to predict that way. I just bought some ovulation kits , thinking that would be my best bet since mine are harder to track. According to my last period (but my cycle lengths tend to change) I would ovulate on the 13th of this month, but would start on the 10th. So I took a test on the 10th since I knew mine always changed, and the T band was a lot darker than the control band, so we had intercourse the next day like it said. Which was yesterday.. and today the T band is a lot lighter than the control band. So hopefully that means I ovulated when we had sex yesterday?

how do I tell my boyfriend I know he is on heroin? My boyfriend and I have been dating for nearly 6 months.I am 23, he is 24. We met in college and graduated together. We moved to the same city to pursue similar careers. Both of us have found an amazing connection to eachother, we are rational, logical individuals and enjoy the same things, we get involved in the same activities and have similar thoughts on subjects. We both agreed we had found something in eachothers company that has been missing from the company we had held before, we have similr backgrounds, both of us have had troubled use in drugs and alcohol and family issues.. We moved in together out of convenience for a month while he waited maintenence work to be done on his new house and somethings came to light for me. First off, his moods became very bipolar, he was chatty and extroverted and generally blissful one hour and the next, he'd remove himself to his room and just stare into space and/or nod off. I noticed the nodding off quite alot as I use to do that when I was hooked on heroin, codeine and benzodiazapeines a few years ago (i'm 100% clean now), so, the nodding off became more frequent, as did these mood shifts, he would speak of going on day trips together, walking our dog together, doing some activities, like riding our bikes etc etc, but these activities rarely came to fruition as he would just retire to his chair in the corner and nod off. Then something quite odd I started to notice, though the temperature started to rise as the Summer hit full force in the town, he would only wear long sleeves, now hes not the kind of guy to own an abundance of clothes, so he would wear the same shirts (long sleeves) day in and day out in rotation, all through this stifling summer heat, and he cycles to work alot, so when he gets home, he is DRENCHED in sweat and exhausted. I made some short comments on why he did this and got some response along the lines of it's comfortable in the office or whatever, then, as of late, he turns off the light before he goes to bed and only then will he take off his top, even during sex, I cant get a good view of his arms....so. My rational deduction to this was, he is shooting up heroin and hiding the track marks. Now, from being a user previously, I know for a fact, track marks should not be extremely visible if a) you use a clean needle every time b) you use fine needles c) you inject to a different deposit place each time, a millimetre makes all the difference d) you dont miss a vein. e) you moisturise and take care of the injection site So, I have been deliberating on just straight up asking him has been using, then, when I went through to take his laundry out on my day off from work, I found his heroin kit, one needle, spoon, lighter, cotton swabs and the powder. I need to tell him I know, because if he needs help, he needs to know I will help him. Then again, if he does not want help, and wishes to continue using, yes, I will stay with him, but we will talk freely about his dosage and when it does become a problem, I will be there for him. I have done my research on other girlfriends having this issue and the only answers I get back are "omg, dump that junkie trash girl" or " thats so disgusting, hell always be a junkie and is going to steal all your things and sell them on the street" blah blah blah, sorry, but my boyfriend is a strong and independant individual and would never steal from me, because he knows I would make his life a living hell if he hurt me in any way (probably why he has kept this from me) So If anyone could give me a good way to verbalise my knowledge of his use in a way that doesnt sound like I am scolding him or trying to control his use then It would be much appreciated. NOTE: I want to let him now, I will not put him into NA or support groups or detox centres or methadone treatment, from having drug and alcohol issues in the past, these are the single things I found contributed to a relapse as soon as I left. As a good human being I do not see the point in dumping him and causing him to suffer depression and loss of a supportive person in his life therefore causing the downward spiral of further use and addiction. I hope this makes sense to some people out there that I only wish to be a supportive person to him, whether or not our relationship lasts, Im looking beyond the fact we are dating and looking to the fact that we are both human beings and one cares deeply about the other enough to help them in a time of need. Ok... so i'm looking into buying a 94 integra, the one with the 4 lights, and turning it into a nice fun fast project car that i could actually take to the track if i wanted. it's something i've been wanting to do for awhile but i'm not sure how to do everything and what all i'll need to make a nice fast street legal car that can handle everyday driving.. Can anyone give me the best brand names for everything? Why do you dislike race-out cars? Coming from KFC cruising on the highway in my rice-out Honda Civic, two older guys pulled up next to me in their muscle cars making fun at me. "Sup show boy!" one of them shouted throw their window. Then both of them took off like rocket.. They got me thinking " These insane fellas really want a race on the highway instead on a race-track, and that got the balls to say I am a show boy." Anyway, I kept cruising, going 60MPH, and enjoying some Rock from my kickers ( two in the back), while my muffler you could comb your hair in them was roaring softly like a Dragon, My kits on the car so decently installed that not even an ant could find space to crawl under the car. My halo lights were turned on and the side mirror LED were flashing to match the beat of the song playing in my car... The wings on my car would make a Lambo jealous, and the wheels so shine you could smash your pimples in them. Under the hood is a swapped engine, not to mention my alternative turber. Anyway, the two older guys with their Muscle cars waiting for me to catch up with them , and when I saw them in sight I put on my police detector, then drove up close behind them and rev my engine so hard that they almost had a heart attack, then I pulled up side by side and said to him " Let's go!", then off we all 3 went. In just a few seconds they were losing me and there I went out of sight like burning lightening So what's the issue you have with us rice-boys? We like to pimp our rides to please ourselves because it is our toy. But I am still to conprehend why Muscle car folks laugh at me for having a rice-out car? Do you have any reason? What is/are your reason(s) for disliking rice-out cars? Coming from KFC cruising on the highway in my rice-out Honda Civic, two older guys pulled up next to me in their muscle cars making fun at me. "Sup show boy!" one of them shouted throw their window. Then both of them took off like rocket.. They got me thinking " These insane fellas really want a race on the highway instead on a race-track, and that got the balls to say I am a show boy." Anyway, I kept cruising, going 60MPH, and enjoying some Rock from my kickers ( two in the back), while my muffler you could comb your hair in them was roaring softly like a Dragon, My kits on the car so decently installed that not even an ant could find space to crawl under the car. My halo lights were turned on and the side mirror LED were flashing to match the beat of the song playing in my car... The wings on my car would make a Lambo jealous, and the wheels so shine you could smash your pimples in them. Under the hood is a swapped engine, not to mention my alternative turber. Anyway, the two older guys with their Muscle cars waiting for me to catch up with them , and when I saw them in sight I put on my police detector, then drove up close behind them and rev my engine so hard that they almost had a heart attack, then I pulled up side by side and said to him " Let's go!", then off we all 3 went. In just a few seconds they were losing me and there I went out of sight like burning lightening So what's the issue you have with us rice-boys? We like to pimp our rides to please ourselves because it is our toy. But I am still to conprehend why Muscle car folks laugh at me for having a rice-out car? Do you have any reason? Mid-Cycle Spotting + Ovulation + early period, what is going on? I have been trying to conceive for quite some time now and normally have regular cycles (aside for 1 last October). I have been using the ovulation predictor kits and this month I tracked my ovulation using it. It appears that ovulation would have taken place 2/10-2/12. We had sex before and after this window just in case. i had signs of ovulating.. cm, ovulation pain, bloated, full breasts etc.. then on 2/15 I started spotting light brown on and off for 1 week. I thought it was implantation bleeding b/c i had other early preg symptoms. It then turned to brown stains and today 2/23 I am bleeding dark brown. I have some pms symptoms such as back ache, slight pains by right ovary and full breasts not nearly as bad as I usually have it. I am wondering what is going on. It seems like my period is starting 3 days early, but could this be just an irregular period or do you think i should go to the doc to check if it is a hormonal imbalance? Sorry this is so long- first time posting.
why isn't my body ovulating? I have been trying to track when i ovulate because my boyfriend and I are TTC for the past month. I am on day 13 of my cycle and I have used the ovulation test and it came up 2 lines but one line was significantly lighter than the other. I looked in the instruction kit and it said that if the line in the test zone isnt DARKER than the control zone than it is a NEGATIVE test. Is this true? I did have 2 lines and they were both visible, just a bit faded.

I have a an HPI RS4 1/10 on-road electric drifter thats fun to play with inside. i have the old school barracuda body (dont like ricers), all wheel drive setup 50/50. I also have the HPI Hellfire which is my basher i just take that thing and blow it to peice's and the other thing which is addicting are those little XMODS i actually have 9, 2 06 mustangs, 1 firebird, 2 lifted f-150's, 2 camaros modded to be on the EVO chassis, a G35, and EVO. All the cars have all radioshack mods, bearings, lights, engine, suspension, all wheel drive, rims, tires, drifting kit, wild body, and lithium batteries. I got a nice setup but it my hobbies too, i got a track for in my garage. Anyone else on here got a savage or anything?
